ACHE of Georgia’s 2023-24 Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program Application Deadline Has Passed 

The ACHE of Georgia Mentorship Program is designed in response to our commitment to the leadership development of our members and to support the professional growth of our existing and future healthcare leaders.

The goal of the Mentorship Program is for participants to commit to the mentoring experience, providing all interested members with opportunities to learn and grow and make a lasting contribution to the healthcare field.

  • Mentees are provided with opportunities to connect with seasoned healthcare leaders, who will expose them to industry networking and facilitate the growth of competencies.
  • Mentors are provided with opportunities to help make a lasting impact on the healthcare pipeline and to promote the values of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Application Process
ACHE of Georgia’s 2023-24 Mentorship program applications are being accepted until September 22, 2023. Eligible applicants are ACHE members assigned to the Georgia Chapter (ACHE of Georgia).

Help shape the future of healthcare leadership – join the 2023-24 ACHE of Georgia Mentorship Program! We are excited to launch the sixth session of this wildly popular program, offered at no cost to ACHE of Georgia members.

We continue to receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from mentors and mentees alike. Our 2022-23 program evaluation found that 88% thought the program met or exceeded their expectations and 94% said they were paired well with their mentor/mentee. Here are some participant comments from the program evaluation:

The program will run from October 2023 to September 2024. We will match mentors and mentees based on experience, location, and professional interests. We will provide participants with supporting materials to help your match be successful.

Application Deadline and Program Launch Event
We are planning an in-person Mentorship Progam launch event for the evening of October 24 at Roam Perimeter Center to introduce mentors and mentees. More details will be sent to program participants.

Please submit your application by Friday, September 22, so that we can match mentors and mentees before the event.
