Join Us in the Clubhouse!
Clubhouse is an invitation-only social media app where we can communicate in voice chat rooms about topics close to our hearts in a more intimate way. We are committed to discussing topics that are relevant and guiding healthy conflict-oriented discussions to promote individual growth for the healthcare leader.
About Our Program
Join us in the Clubhouse at noon on February 23 for “Minding Your Business Resource Groups.” This clubhouse session will provide participants with an overview of the business case for BRGs. Participants will also learn how to start and grow a robust BRG using best practices from the field.
A business resource group (BRG) is a way for organizations to maximize employee engagement, retention, and recruitment by providing a safe space for people with shared identities to meet, support, and empower one another around organizational business goals.
Our guest speakers are Jennifer Williams, PhD, Corporate Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Phoebe Putney Healthcare System, and Charisse Braxton, Interim Sr. Director of Clinical Operations for the South Service Area, Kaiser Permanente.
This session will be moderated by Nicole Denham and Marion Spears Karr and all attendees are invited to participate in the discussion.
