About the Program
Join us via Zoom on June 13 from noon to 1:00 PM ET for, “Empowering Excellence: Human-Centered Leadership and Its Impact on Healthcare Outcomes.”
Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare is a contemporary, evidence-based model of leadership that focuses on the well-being of the leader and their simultaneous focus on engaging their team with a relational approach. This model connects the dots from the well-being of the leader to the leader’s actions, the team’s response, and the co-creation of a culture of well-being, excellence, trust, and caring.
It’s from this culture that we get sustained results in healthcare: quality, patient safety, engagement, healthy work environment, and staff and patient satisfaction. Human-centered leaders understand that “It starts with you but it’s not about you!”
