About the Program
Join us virtually at noon ET on June 6 for our virtual interactive program, “Disruptive Innovation in Healthcare Delivery.”
In this session, attendees will hear from a panel of leaders regarding ways they are driving innovation through technology and other initiatives within the workforce to balance the desires of today’s staff, with the demands of patient care within their communities.
Attendees will hear how technology and innovative program design can aid in creating significant care delivery efficiencies, reduce burnout and moral injury, and help organizations streamline operations to help with financial constraints, all while ensuring that clinical care delivery is not negatively impacted.
Panelists Will Discuss:
- What are the steps to encouraging healthcare leaders to be more open to disruptive innovation that may threaten the status quo but will ultimately enhance the quality of healthcare for much of the population?
- What are some examples of disruptive innovation experiences from your organization?
