He has more than 10 years of healthcare experience with a strong track record of success in medical group operations\, performance improvement\, and strategic growth initiatives. \nHe previously served as an Operations Director for Primary Care and Urgent Care at Ascension Medical Group Texas in Austin\, Texas. Prior to that role\, Josef held various medical practice leadership positions in the Chicagoland area.
