Guest Speaker
Our guest speaker is Kellie A. Vinson, FACHE, MBA, MT (ASCP) SH, a seasoned healthcare leader and retired Chief Master Sergeant with 28 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force and South Carolina Air National Guard. Her military career instilled a deep commitment to leadership, mentorship, and operational excellence—values that continue to shape her work in civilian healthcare.
Currently serving as Director of Pathology Services at Wellstar MCG Health, Kellie provides administrative oversight for comprehensive Anatomic and Clinical Pathology laboratories across adult and pediatric hospitals and multiple outpatient sites. She leads a team of about 200 professionals and ensuring the delivery of over 3 million laboratory tests annually while maintaining accreditation from TJC, CAP, AABB, and the FDA.
