June 11 Webinar Focuses on Ethics
Healthcare executives don’t just make hard decisions. They make decisions where every option carries moral weight.
This session brings together ethicist Jason Lesandrini, PhD, FACHE, LPEC, HEC-C, AVP of Ethics, Advanced Care Planning, Spiritual Health, and Language Access Services at Wellstar Health System, and Rob Schreiner, MD, FACP, FCCP, for an honest conversation about what ethical leadership actually looks like when balancing competing values.
This conversation will dive into real challenges faced by healthcare executives: mission and margin, individual patients and system sustainability, staff wellbeing, and organizational survival. Through these real dilemmas, we’ll explore how aspiring C-Suite leaders can build the capacity to lead with values when the right path forward isn’t clear.
