10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Panel Discusstion:
“Marketing and Money: linking New Products, Services and ROI"

When developing new products and services, healthcare professionals must have a comprehensive understanding of their consumers—their needs, values, and preferences. Accordingly, a well-thought-out marketing strategy is vital to the success of your organization. To stay competitive, the strategy must continuously measure effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments.

In an era when trust in healthcare is wavering, it’s more critical than ever that healthcare organizations possess marketing savvy and be able to make the case internally and externally for any new product or service by demonstrating the ROI for all key stakeholders.

Panelists Will Discuss:

  • How do you use your marketing and communications efforts to develop loyalty and trust amongst consumers? What has worked, and what has fallen flat?
    • What are some of your marketing challenges?
    • How does your marketing strategy interface with your strategic plan?
    • What are some of the factors that make ROI measurement a challenge?
    • Who are the formal and informal stakeholders when making decisions about new products, their financial impact and how to bring new ideas to market? What roles do they play?
