About the Program
Join us on April 17 at Maggiano’s in Buckhead for our in-person lunch and learn program, “Managing for Morale – Effective Management Techniques to Retain Your Staff.” The program has been approved for 1.5 hours of ACHE In-Person Education credit.
Staff retention continues to be a top priority for most healthcare executives. This panel will engage directors and senior-level managers to discuss best practices in staff retention.
Panelists Will Discuss:
Some of the questions our panelists will cover include:
- What are the essential skills for strong managers?
- What has changed in management over the past 3 to 5 years?
- How does coaching/mentoring fit into a model of good management?
- How large an issue is staff retention in your organization? Which areas are experiencing the greatest challenges in keeping key staff?
- What are the best practices you have seen to retain staff?
Our April 17 program will be held at Maggiano’s in Buckhead.
Networking Time
Registration opens at 11:30 AM and we will have 30 minutes of networking time before and after the program, with plenty of time for questions and answers during the program. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 AM.

Attention Graduate Student Members
ACHE of Georgia is offering monthly lunch and learn scholarships to graduate student members. Graduate student members who attend three of our monthly lunch and learns are eligible for a reimbursement of their registration fees. For example, a graduate student who paid the student rate of $20 and attended three meetings in 2025 would receive a reimbursement of $60.
Reimbursements will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no more than three luncheon events per student member. For details, or to submit a request for reimbursement, contact our Scholarship Subcommittee Chair Chet Bhasin.
