About the Program
Join us for an engaging and inspiring panel discussion as we celebrate the remarkable journeys of two exceptional minority female leaders who have made significant contributions to the field of healthcare. This joint ACHE of Georgia/NAHSE Atlanta webinar aims to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the healthcare industry by showcasing the incredible achievements of these trailblazing women.

During this interactive session, Monica Richey, FACHE, Vice President, Physician Revenue Cycle, One Grady, and Pooja Mishra, FACHE, Vice President, Oncology & Sickle Cell Service Line, Grady Health System, will share their personal stories, discussing the barriers they faced and the triumphs they achieved throughout their careers. They will shed light on the importance of diversity in healthcare, and how embracing different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives leads to better patient outcomes and a more inclusive work environment.

The session will be moderated by Tammy Jackson, Partner, Healthcare and Technology Practice, Odgers Berndtson, Chair of ACHE of Georgia’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and President of the NAHSE Atlanta Chapter.
