via Zoom on May 9 as leaders from Wellstar’s Community Health and Center for Health Equity discuss social determinants of health and addressing health inequities across the state of Georgia.

For nearly 30 years, Wellstar Health System has been committed to enhancing the health and well-being of every person served. The Wellstar Center for Health Equity (WCHE), strives to address, affect, and make lasting change for health inequities across Georgia. By putting systemwide initiatives and programs into action, the WCHE invests in community-based partnerships to close gaps in:

1. Access to Care
2. Behavioral Health
3. Food Access and Healthy Living
4. Women’s Health
