In this session, we will discuss the nature of conflict and how to resolve any conflict with a positive outcome. Conflict is very detrimental to organizations when it is not handled properly. Not only do leaders and organizations spend an enormous amount of time dealing with conflict but when the outcome is negative, the entire team suffers and is left emotionally damaged.

Conflict is, however, inevitable and can be a positive force for reaching an organization’s fuller potential when it’s handled in an emotionally mature way. Our discussion will look at how to do that.

This session will be moderated by Marion Spears Karr, FACHE, and Nicole Denham, FACHE, MHA, RN.  All attendees are invited to participate in the program and share their insights and questions. This free session offers 1 hour of ACHE Qualifying  Credit. The program format provides a more informal format that allows more time for audience interaction and networking.
