Join us on November 19 for “The Executive Edge: Networking, Presence, and Servant Leadership for Healthcare Leaders.” This 90-minute fireside chat — presented jointly by ACHE of Georgia’s Clinician Executive and Physician Executive Committees — features a panel of senior healthcare executives who will highlight key executive leadership skills, including building influence, modeling servant leadership, and cultivating professional networks.
The event includes networking, light food, and drinks. Free valet parking is also included. The program also offers 1.5 hours of ACHE Qualifying Education credit.

Clinician to Executive: A Leadership Preparatory Program is a four-session educational series (presented every two months) that culminates in a networking dinner and celebration!
This curriculum aims to equip clinicians with the essential leadership, financial, operational, and interpersonal skills needed to transition successfully into executive roles within healthcare organizations. Registration for the full series is available.
The Program includes:
- May 7 webinar — “Beyond Compliance: Mastering Human Resources Skills for Transformational Leadership” — Focuses on HR strategies that go beyond regulatory requirements to foster team engagement and wellness while decreasing organizational risk. Recording available to registrants.
- July 22 Webinar — “Finance Fundamentals for Clinician Executives: Building Confidence in Financial Decision-Making. This 90-minute session introduces essential financial concepts and tools for clinicians transitioning to leadership roles.
- September 23 Weinbar — “Achieving Excellence: Process Improvement Philosophies and Methods for Healthcare Leaders. This 90-minute webinar explores effective frameworks and methodologies like Baldrige, Lean, Six Sigma, High Reliability Organizing, and PDSA to drive sustainable performance excellence.
- November 19 In-Person Event — “The Executive Edge: Networking, Presence, and Servant Leadership for Healthcare Leaders.” This 90-minute event highlights key executive leadership skills, including building influence, modeling servant leadership, and cultivating professional networks.
This final session is followed by a social with drinks and light food to celebrate the completion of the program and network as a group.
